am i over stocked :)?

You really need to bump up your filtration before things get out of hand.
 
psht, why not just add about 100$ worth of sponges? I already called 2 dollar generals and told them to have them in a cart and waiting for me in the morning :).

Its a 100gallon sump, so it holds a hell of alot of water.

I was just wanting peoples oppinions, and most say its not that i just need to up the filteration.

I actully think theres bio balls under the sponges some where. not sure though.

I cant get pics, its 2:00 and the alarms on. I have some around the board.

i'll try and get some tomorrow if i have time.

So am I over stocked since I do 50% twice a week? Kidding but suprised that's all the changes you're doing..

IMO as long as water is in check and fish have swim room you're good. But as said bump up the filtration and fill that 100g sump as much as possible. :)
