Amazon Biotope Aquarium

My only ideas so far is 1 silver aro, 1 pleco (maybe more i dunno), 1 oscar (maybe), and a small school of silver dollars (like around 6 probably)... sooooo what other fish are from the amazon and could go with those? I dont want nething too aggressive or that will get too big. Or stay so small it will get eaten. Also if it would eat prepared food that would be good. I will feed fish and other food but hopefully just to supplement the diet of the fish. So what do u guys think?

How about a couple of DW quality showpiece rays, a group of (5-7) 'Payara' or Rhaphioidon vulpinus, a Megalodoras (sp.) irwini cat, and a really nice hi-end plecostomus piece... (panaque?, pseudacanthicus sp.? or "Goldy?") ... w/ a nice sand substrate with overhanging wood branches aquascaped on one side of the tank?? :idea: :stingray:

How much is a peacock bass? Since ive never seen one i bet theres a good chance they illegal in cali... Also i really want stingrays but they illegal!
