Amazon predator tank

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
rays would obviously be my first choice, however not an option.
I have always been found of the Hydrolycus genus.
anyone ever have experience with the H. armatus, or H. scomberoides with other fish, like arowanas, and large catfish?

a red tailed, tigriunus catfish, and achara are on the list for sure. open to anyother suggestions?

would love to do an arapaima, however the "giant leaping missile of fish" might not be the best idea.

Armatus would be ur only choice. Espcially cause of the larger tankmates.

I would definitely recommend a few RTC and Tiger Shovelnose, both a lot of wow factor. They get huge and look amazing when huge. Plus they'll be very happy fish in that tank. Keep us updated!

Most of the above would work great also add Tigrinus, albino rb pacu, dovii, wolffish, armatus and flag tail chars is, vulture catfish and maybe some large pleco species

You could do less aggressive with lots of different tetras large schools of angels, cories discus. Some peaceful earth eaters like dicros altifrons. Lots of different pleco. Some gentle giants like megaladoris irwini or nigers.
