Thats a great looking ABT. Will definately be good practice for hots. And any lessons learned with a bite from that lil guy will not be soon forgotten i can promise that lol.
Thanks. I certainly think that he's helping me prepare for a hot thus far; he tries to bite me whenever I get too close to him or the cage.
Ya, he will probably settle down some wants he gets past the "**** that big things gonna eat me" stage lol. But that took a long time when i had my ATB, and even after that he was pretty bitey, but at least handleable without a hook. I ended up trading mine along with the cage for a ETB which i wish i still had.
I'm going to get a few frozen pinkies on Monday, so I'll do a feeding video then provided that he decides to eat (which he should).
I kind of don't want him to calm down too much; he'll be better practice if he stays defensive and more than willing to strike. Besides, he's only ever going to get handled with a hook because he is both a pet and for practice rather than being purely just a pet that's meant to be handled.

Congrats on the boa, wish i could do something like that, however I have my hands full with the soon to be reef tank, freshwater fish, amazon parrot....lol maybe I'll make room for something on the upcoming reptile show

I'm still looking for a few decent branches for in there; I've been having a tough time finding ones that are thick enough and have enough branches. Otherwise, the enclosure is pretty well complete; all of the plants are doing well again, so he should have plenty of cover in which to hide.
