Move every single piece of decor & clean the substrate thoroughly. Especially check inside hollow ornaments. Smell them. When's the last time you cleaned your filter material?

Only substrate in tank. Has been vaccuumed multiple times.

The only thing new was adding stability. So im never touching that again.

most of those "instant cycle" products contain nothing but dead bacteria. The only ones that are good are Tetra's Safestart & Dr Tim's.
