Ammonia - Not enough Filtration

Any suggestions as to magic tank cycling liquid in a bottle.

I’ve put old media in the 350’s

I’m trying to aggressively cycle neighbor tank next door with 60 feeders with minimal success

Been using this, dumped bottle of tetra safe start in, not had these issues before,

Only fed him 7 pellets in 7 days...

Did the squeeze sponge filter from established tank and dumped water into filters, light feeding with no ammo...

not really any nitrites Or nitrates either... or very low...

Water change time or not?

If you are using any type of bacteria stop using stuff to bind ammonia if you can. Also id not do a wc unless levels start to become toxic. With bacteria it shouldn't at least not a good one. Im speaking from experience. I know the products say it won't effect the cycle but it does. I had an issues very simular using prime and when I stopped using prime and changing the water and just dosed the mb7 according to direction the tank cycled in 7 to 10 days no losses.

What size tank did you order?
In a year you will need a 500 gallon tank, and a whole lot more filtration.
If it were me I'd be buying way oversized filters now.
In truth I'd set the 75 up with a sump, so when the new tank arrives, you can set it up to the same sump, avoiding a new cycling dilemma.
Or you could actually set the 75 gal tank up, as the sump for your larger tank if you play your cards right.

550g 8’x4’x28” - 2 - 2400gph return pumps with 6’ sump.

I like the transfer idea of the sump -got a few fx6 ‘s running was gonna get 1-2 more and hook them up

I have only got canister filter room in stand

thanks for input all!

will wait for water parameters to change before w/c

Wait until you see 0.25ppm or close to it and then a 50% water change. I'm assuming you still have fish in there.

yes one 10” fish

There’s been light pellet feeding, no ammo, no nitrates either tho ?

Did I read this right, you were feeding 31 to 40 shrimp per day?
If so you are killing it with kindness.
That amount of shrimp, becomes a lot of waste, in the form of ammonia, as you have already found out.
And to process that much ammonia, you need much heavier filtration than you have, daily water changes, and a giant protein skimmer might be required for that waste load, if you continue with that heavy feeding schedule and amount.
And as general practice, it doesn't need, all that food.
Of course it will always beg for more, but it doesn't need that much, or is it even good o feed that much.
In nature fish live in a feast or famine world, so they eat as much as they can, when it is there.
In nature most fish don't get to eat once per day, sometimes they only eat once every 3 days or more.
So the expectation that they will be fed daily in an aquarium is not processed, they don't have a the human regulator concept, "I'm full, I can stop now".
