Can someone tell me if I have a barred Midas here ?

The Amarillo and the Midas looks good, although I thinking that there is still too many fish in the 300 gallon tank. What is the biggest difference between the two, it looks like the Midas is longer and bigger, is that right? Is there any thing else that would be different between the two, if you had to pick one of the two, which one would you choose as your favorite, and why?

Looks more like a hybrid to me. Some sort of flowerhorn
