Anchor worms?

He looks pretty bad but still eating. I just put the dimilin-x in. I thought it said 1 tablespoon per 500 gal, so i put 1 teaspoon in. Just looked again at the label and it's 1 teaspoon per 500. My tank is only a 155 with a 55gal sump. It said overdosing won't hurt tho

The anchor worms are pretty much gone, a couple small ones still around the tail. I didn't think the dimilin-x was working at first. Took a while
