I just came in from walking my dog. 49 degrees F and I had on shorts and a t-shirt. I look down the street and one of my neighbors is in a winter jack with fur lining the hood (not up at least) blue jeans and heavy boots. He yelled up at me "aren't you cold?"

People turning their heat on when it's 65 out blows my mind. If it was 65 here i'd be running/walking my dog right now... it's barely 40 (yet i'm still in shorts and t-shirt w/ zip-up sweatshirt).

amazing what you get conditioned to....my sister is from florida..and when she is here visiting me in the summer ,... if theres a breeze she is chilly....lol

You guys hear about Alberta this year? -40 C for a few days at the end of February. Now that would be freakin' cold!
