9 month to a year.Hey guys! Thanks all for the input! Really appreciate it! I will probably get 6 angels and see how they do. If I buy them small (2 inches), how quickly will they get to mature size?

It seems to take around a year, or maybe more.Hey guys! Thanks all for the input! Really appreciate it! I will probably get 6 angels and see how they do. If I buy them small (2 inches), how quickly will they get to mature size?
Yes. Mine did at least. And You may get extensions on the fins after 5-6 years. That happened I me.My angels mature sexually at about 8-12 months, but they keep growing maybe for 4/5 years? The growth slows way down after 2 years, but they can continue to grow, especially getting thicker.
It is a big bioload, but nothing a 75g can't handle IMO. Remember BB grows on everything, tank walls, substrate....You think 6 could work in a 75? I feel like that would be a huge bioload lol
probably a medium sized bichir. But thats it.It is a big bioload, but nothing a 75g can't handle IMO. Remember BB grows on everything, tank walls, substrate....
I never had a problem unless I had a ton of other big fish. What other fish do you plan to keep in there?
When it comes to fish who enjoy a school of their own kind it's better to max out the number that your tank can accommodate. I feel if you are diligent with water changes, there is no problem with bioload. Just my opinion.probably a medium sized bichir. But thats it.
