I know what you mean. When I started highschool this year I left out the part about me having fish. Well, now I have told them and they all think I am a huge nerd and that I live in some kind of lab-thing.... they just will never understand.
 
lol youre alot like me but a few of my friends are into fish wich is nice but all they do is get the fish and feed it they think im a nerd for reading and learning about them
 
I have one friend who has one fish tank and he was getting into it, but I told him its best not to talk about it around other people because they will think your crazy. I have not heard one word fish related since I told him that. which was a huge mistake.
