Thanks for the pics awesome fish I'll get some pics of my own to show u what i gotI think I talked about getting you some pictures of my Featherfin when you asked for some tankmates in your aquarium. It's getting later in night and I haven't fed him yet. He should come out and eat. I'll try to get a picture.
loving the featherfin such a gorgeous dorsal finHere's the Pleco. Exactly 6"View attachment 1178939 View attachment 1178940
This is the Featherfin I promised. Not to be narcissistic, but I think these are some of the best pictures of a near full grown Featherfin that I've seen. I've got to say, I don't regret buying Cichlid Gold, and neither do the fish. The Featherfin eats 10-20 pellets per feeding. I'm not sure how the Pleco survives.View attachment 1178941 View attachment 1178942 View attachment 1178943 View attachment 1178944
I bought my Firemouth last Saturday. In my lfs it had perfect colors. A deep red throat, bold black along the side, and bright electric blue speckles all over the fish. To top it off, it's fins were covered at the tip with the same deep, crimson red. It lost the intensity of that color when I put it in my aquarium. The Firemouth seems to be regaining those colors after being in my aquarium for almost a week now. The red on it's throat is coming back.View attachment 1178945 View attachment 1178946
Another pic of the Featherfin just for fun.View attachment 1178947
That's why I love it.L

I haven't seen my peacock eel for three days. I would prefer an eel that doesn't burrow. For all I know, that eel could be dead. It hasn't eaten once since I've gotten it.Ya I think so which might make it a rare sight lol
