animal skull id

I'd take the whole skull. I don't have a florida gar yet. I have an alligator, and a longnose, but no florida! I never did the follow up thread because there didn't seem to be much interest. I never got a single pm until now.
I still might do one. Once things calm down a little here at home, and I get all my fish moved around the way I want them, I will probably still do it. Where do you think it should go? DIY? Or lounge?
is it legal to catch a gar and chop his head off?
and then is it legal to throw the head in some bags and ship it?

Don't do that unless you are going to use the fish. Aka eat it. No point in killing an animal just for it's skull. I don't take trophies sorry. I only take natural death animals, plus even if it's sat for a while, fell apart, or whatever I have methods to clean, degrease, whiten, and I know tons about fish skull anatomy, so it's easy to put back together. Like a 3-d puzzle made of bone. lol.
