Ok guys, I think the worms are gone now after 48hrs of treatment with Jungle Lab Parasite Clear. Should I do a water change or let the med work on the tank for another day?

i would leave the meds in for a week actually, or at least till your scheduled water change, whichever comes first...

I had them as well used Prazi-pro and they were gone in 24 hours. Keeping an eye out for reinfestation Like Uwe mentioned.
