Gars! Most gar species would be happy in that tank for a while, probably not for life but you have a larger tank so I would suggest Tropical Gars as they are my favorite! You could probably throw a few rays in there, maybe a Tigrinus catfish if you are willing to take the risk.
 
I've never tried ebjd's or any jack Dempsey... Do those get big ? Do they grow as quick as oscars. What I'm thinking right now is to do
X1 tiger oscar
X1 lutino oscar
X1 jack Dempsey
X1 electric blue jack Dempsey

Would this work or would it be overstocked. Or mabye they may fight?

They get about the same size as an Oscar
 
Jack Dempsey don't grow as fast as Oscars or get as big. Oscar can hit 14-15 inch most Dempsey top out at maybe a 12 inches and that's a big maybe. Ebjd are fragile as well so they might not be the best with Oscars which will outpace them growth wise and may try and eat them

Curupira would be something a little more rare and not seen as often

Personally I have a bunch of pbass, jurunese cat, and ntt in my 180 right now but they are all grow outs for a 8X4X2
