Just lost another of my oldest fish but have to take a little heart as having just looked online most lifespan claims are 5-8 or 5-10 years and this was 14+.
Another beast gone.

The one i had and rehomed to a friend was a slow growing speciment. Ate often and alot.
That's a big one. Pets don't last forever but that doesn't make it any easier. 14 years is a long time. But it looks like he/ she did well.
