Ya man I live in a town called maquoketa. Its just easier to say near the qca. Aquatic environments is def the best Lfs in the area. Dubs had a cool one awhile back (fish shack)

Agreed. Appears to have early stages of exophthalmia. Can be caused by any number of bacterial, viral, protazoan infections that have turned systemic. Be on the look out for abdominal distension, lethrgy or eradic swimming behavior. #1 disease in channel catfish industry is Enteric Septicemia or ESC.

I am not a vet and the picture is cloudy. Hard to see well. Are the eyes cloudy or clear blue? Is the fish swimming normally?

its swimming fine and it went after some food but got spooked by one of my other fish it may have eatin tho
