Another G. winemilleri update

G. winemilleri does seem less common, maybe because it's newly described. They might get too big for a 75g - I have them in a 90g, which has the same footprint, and it looks really crowded Orange heads max out around 7-8" and a small group may be ok in a 75g.

Weidner states in his book that winemilleri is one of the smaller Geo species maxing out at about 7"-7.5". Not sure yours will grow much more if this is correct. Then again it is still a relative newcomer to the hobby so they may get even bigger.

Mine are barely hitting the 4" point so I have a ways to go yet.

I thought they might get bigger because they haven't shown any sign of slowing down, but by just looking at them I do feel that they have matured (at least the bigger ones). I hope they won't get too much bigger!!
