What's the ammonia reading ? The nitrates are quite high.
Don't clean your filter that will just kill off your BB just do smaller wc's daily to get the water stable, make sure the temperature doesn't change too much when doing this.
Is there any signs of sickness on your fish ?

I added prime and then in the morning I added api quickstart. I set the temp to 86F don't know if that too high. Ima check my water again when i get home. Should I do a water change everyday like 10 gal a day? My fish right now is heavily breathing and jaw open and close. I see some redish color between his eye and grill near the head. Don't jnow if that ammonia poisoning.

Drop temp to 80 and get your filters splashing the surface water to keep the o2 in the water high.

Red does sound like ammonia burns keel an eye on those see if it gets worse , test ammonia levels .
Like Justin said keep the oxygen levels high

I'll lower it when I get home, my filter is splash the water on the surface. And I have two line of air stone in the tank. Anything to correct my water?

Maybe an ammonia buffer, I don't know what you have but get to a lfs and read some bottles. Get an ammonia test kit too..

Yes prime will help neutralise the ammonia just make sure thanks the problem First with a test kit

I'll be sound asleep then lol its 11.12 pm here , I'm up again at 6ish so post it anyway if I can help in anyway I will do Richard

K I brought a api master kit here the result.

Nitrite - .50 ppm
Ammonia - .25 ppm - .50 ppm
Nitrate - 0ppm

Ima change my water tomorrow. Mybe 10%? Anymore stuff I can do right now?

One more thing do I put the test tube near the light or put it in front of a paper. When I put it near the light and I try putting a paper on the back I can see different result.
