Sounds like your tanks going through a nitrate spike probably caused from cleaning your filter out too much BB has been lost , you need to get the nitrates level down asap have you been using prime when doing wc's ? Try increase the wc's to 50% .
How's the jar doing ?

Ya I'm been using prime and api quickstart when doing water change. I'll do more % tomorrow. My jardini is doing alright eatting when I feed him.

That's OK at least he's not too stressed , any more signs of burns ? You need to get those nitrates down though and get the tank cycled asap the prime and wc's will help this along just try chill out with the feeling until your tanks balanced

I'll feed it one last time tomorrow before doing a water change so I can time it when to feed it. To lower the nitrate the only way is to do water change right?

Prime will detoxify nitrates along with other treatments but once you've got the balance right with regular wc's and feeds plants help to keep nitrates low ,I've added them to my tank for this reason along with some cover from the floating ones for my jardini

I dont think 5ppm nitrate is high. I'd be more concerned with the non-zero ammonia and nitrite readings. Was your tank cycled?

I would continue as you are with prime to keep ammonia and nitrite neutralized. Let the cycle take it's course at this point. The prime should help. I Also like seachem stability to help boost BB. Good luck.

Mybe I changed water n changed my filter many times that's why I thought mybe my tank went into mid cycle again. I use api quickstart is the stablity better or its the same? Do u know how long it takes to recycle my tank again since I'm adding api quickstart everytime I change my water.

When you cleaned your filter sponges and media out did you clean them in a bucket of tank water or tap water ? If your tank was cycled in the first place you've washed away all your BB so your tank needs to cycle again , wc's will help keep ammonia and nitrates low while this takes place

Yup, like Evz said. Quick start is fine I cannot say one is better than the other.

Let the cycle takes its course and careful with future filter cleaning and avoid the reducing BB.

I use tank water to clean my filter since tap water will kill the bb

Was hoping so just double checking Richard; )
