My initial thought toward its ID was flavicans as well. :popcorn:

What confuses me that B. flavicans is a junior synonym for the Jau (Z. zungaro), but I see lots of people referring to their B. rousseauxii as flavicans. :/ What the heck is that all about?

Whatever we're gonna call this thing in latin, I think its a Dourada. :lol2:
 
well the reason i suggested flavicans was because he said no to a rosseaxuii so I thought maybe he knew it as its other name

Big pims confuse the hell out of me lol. Douradas have like three different names and one of those names is ALSO a junior synonym for the Jau.

I know the answer to this question: the OP's fish is a big grey Amazon catfish! :ROFL:
 
that is no zungaro lol thay are thicker and pokadoted lol plus thay look blue in color when a baby i yoused to have one
