final result is looking VERY sharp! congrats!

Thank you Leg ;)

For today's update;
I got the new sump pump fitted. It is rated for 1500gph, but it's running nowhere near that right now.....but it IS running :D I will shorten the length of the return hose by about 12 inches and that should help.
The tank is full again and it recirculating nicely and the sump is running great. The SCRUBBIES are looking good.

It sucks that I have to leave tomorrow, because I am ready to try some fish in the tank, but it's only for 3 weeks this time :)

I'm going to leave it running all night tonight, but I will be draining it tomorrow and shut it down for while I am away. I don't want my wife to have to deal with any issues while I am 6000 miles away.
I already have a canister filter full of cycled bio media which will go into one of my sump draws when I get back, so I can get my bass in there as soon as I return home.......like you say, something to look forward to.

haha that thread is constant teaser! you finally have everything going and hop! see you in tree weeks!

guess it's even worst for you! will be nice to see a fish (real one) in that tank finally. hard work always pay off, glad for you!

Like you wouldn't believe....it makes 3 weeks away feel like 3 months :eek:

I love how this has turned out! I'm so jealous! I want one!
