OK. Got another dumb question:
Would it be alright to just separate the male from the other rays, keeping my prego female with the other fish.
I've got two female rays, knife fish, bala, and a tin foil.
But I noticed last time I separated my female she got a little depressed. Could this stress out her pregnancy?

My female would seem to get depressed too when seperating but i stuck with it for the good of the pups. She has been seperated for around 3 weeks now and after the first week she perked up and is fine to this day, althouh she spends most of her time trying to get out and the male spends most of his time trying to get in!!

I would of thought mine was going to be a lot bigger also, my motoro use to get huge back in the day.
Mine is close to 140-150 and about the size of your girl.
