Wow, good thing you are well educated and can tell the difference between a SD and a RBP. How long ago did it convert to being a petsmart?

Well I think they started in June and they seem to be done now. I read they were keeping Super Pets staff, which I knew most of. In reality next to everyone is new...

its really simple do like i do dont ever go into petsmart or petco

I wont be ever again since it used to be a Super Pet which was awesome (IMO) and they were suppost to be keeping their staff which is normally really good they have all new people...

one of the ladies was trying to tell me a severum gets huge with her hands (she was like this fish gets this big showing with her hands which isnt even close)

Pet "SMART?" in and of itself is a joke.
I only buy from them in a "dire" emergency, and then only foods, meds., or equipment.
I'll pay twice the price for something at the LFS if they have it before going to PS.
PS= Petsucks IMO.
What's funny is most LFS are cheaper than petsmart anyway.

Well it seems that some people just like to tell stories, even if they are not even close to the truth.

Are you trying to imply that I am making all of this up? If so go to the Super Pet/Petsmart in Oakville if you live in my area...

Not so around here.
Mom and Pop's around here average 200% markup versus even online pricing, and onliners make money too.

you might wanna check out any petlands near you. i find they are MUCH better then petsmart and petco, and they hire people that are knowledgable. the guys there in the fish part of it were telling buyers about RO water and how to set up one themselves and even hit on the fact that it almost takes out too much stuff from the water and that they sometimes need to add some minerals back too it.

not to mention you can join the petland club and get very very nice specials such as 10 for $10 on EVERY tetra and barb, $10 FH's (they even had some high B grades there) not to mention 10-20% off most stuff.

no since you were just quoting me and the way your worded it I thought you were, and there are a few Petsmart fanatics saying i am making all this up (on other forums) and I thought you might of been one of them

Actually, I thought you were implying he was making it up too. Don't think it had anything to do with insecurity. More like the way your post reads. It's sometimes hard to communicate properly on the net, thats why we have smilies :). LOL
