Another red devil or midas? thread

Looks like a mix to me, looks like it might be leaning slightly more towards Midas.

P.S. I love this fish! Is it the same one as your avatar? He/she is going to be amazing looking when full-grown!
 
Thanks Natalie. It is not the same one as my avatar. I got rid of her a few months ago because I wanted a male. Now that I have a nice male I wish I would have kept her, too.
 
Haven't a clue, but it's a damn nice fish! Hang on to him.
 
If the male Z ever decides to let the females fins stay in-tact, I'll get some shots. I think a divider is in order..

Yeah, Chicklette, I think I understand (it must be either too early for you, or you start your buzz early in the day.)

I am sure it is a cross, and short of a DNA test, I'll never know for sure.

A more appropriate title for this thread would be: "Do you see more midas or devil in this midas-devil?"
