Yeah.....This is not an e-mail issue man. Call them.
And if it doesn't go how you want, do the things listed below:
-File a dispute on your credit card
-File with small claims court and hire an attourney
-File a case with the better business bureau
Definitely file with the BBB. This lets other customers know companies that they should stay away from. And it puts a smudge on the companies reputation. I've seen companies resolve issues that they said they would not just because they got notice that the complaint was filed with the BBB. I did this when a company refused to take back a brand new product that I hadn't opened when they sent me the wrong product. They gave me a refund once they saw that I had filed with the BBB.
DO NOT SETTLE ON THIS ISSUE. You really need to stand up for customers and yourself on issues like this. Otherwise companies like Tenecore will continue to scam customers out of their hard earned money.
And make sure you know what your deadlines are with your CC company and your court system where you live. If things are not resolved before those deadlines, FILE!
