another Tenecor let down

i have purchased tank from 240 to 1200 gallons.starting small and getting larger over the years. they have gotten worse over the years and now its nearly impossible to get them to answer their phone. they have lost what i consider to be a loyal customer with their lack of customer service.

that's what i thought too at first. that is horrid. when paying that much for a tank, where you want it to be pristine and show quality, you would think they would be more careful when applying the solvent. do they really think that's considered acceptable? that's akin to a car that's been painted by a bodyshop but they've painted onto your windows/windshield a little bit. it does not meet expectations and you can be sure any customer getting their car back with their windows painted would be rightly peeved.
