another wrong fish you sold me

You were nice enough to call with your complaint and were told to send the fish back for a refund. If you send all four back I will even pay your freight. So lets see if you realy got screwed or are looking to screw sombody. I have people stading in line for your fish.

oh now the thread is reopened cause a vendor wanted it opened but it was closed when most of the posts on here know you sell crap. first of all you claim to cull your fish but you dont. ive called there before when darin worked there and asked for a particular fish and he said we just got a whole bunch in and they were ready to buy on the sale page. thats not culling your fish. also i have called you before and you are a jerk on the phone. you sent me a payara that was covered in fungus. you sent me a managuense instead of a motaguense when i paid for the moto. you of all people should know not to list your mayans/uros as red terrors as i have told you many times they werent and you still list them that way cause thats the only way they sell.
I have googled some of your fish names and get no hits because the name doesnt exist. if your going to sell a fish then you should know what it is. thats why fish stores have all these bs names and the hobby is messed up because people that spread the fish around simply dont care. I guarrantee if you called someplace like aquascape they know what the hell there selling and can give you the correct name. i would also like to know were you get ur measuring tape like maybe the first 2 inches of the tape is broke off or something. That so called moto was listed at 4 inches and came in at a 2 inch dink. i bet you dont use that same measuring tape to measure your weiner. little harsh i know. but true. order was placed in the cold weather and came with no heat packs and water temp was in the low 60s to upper 50s. i know you are a wholesaler and sell cheaper but id rather pay the extra money to a good vendor that knows the hobbyand have everything go smooth then sending fish back for credit toward another 200.00 order that will get messed up. everything i have said is true. now if you want to vent then feel free but i gotta go. be on vacation for 1 week.

Hope you are some where cold so you can cool off on vacation. Have asked you in privite to contact me toll free at 1-877-229-2300 so I can better understand your problem and how you want me to correct it.

So far I think you are saying you want to purchase small fish (that you can't identify and grow them up and then idenentify them a few months later. We had more than one fish of what you ordered and sold them all and had one complaint on identity. You. Not saying you are wrong but maybe you are.

I think the idea of chargeing a 300% premium on price to guarentee satifsfacton is a good idea and will be pleased to offer it to any one that feels the need.

If you want me to help you out you need to talk to me. Your friends are not going to refund you any money. Give me a call when your off vacation and explain the problem.

I recently received an order from them and Karen was great and helpful. Joe you guys have done right by me.
 
I think that it all goes back to Joe being a wholesaler. Plain and simple. He does somewhat(at least) value us as hobbyists or he wouldn't have started selling to us, but he banks on pet stores(at least I assume). As long he keeps running his business like this, it will always be like that. He runs a business, and just like any business, he's trying to make money. He's not trying to screw any of us, but due to his volume, it happens sometimes.

I agree if you want to be 10000% sure of what you're getting... At least as far as YOU are able to tell for YOURSELF, buy at the stores that Joe sells to. Then you can see it before you buy it.
