Ansorgii growth and development thread.

Hey guys my ansorgii is still settling in I'll get pic up as soon as he's showing his markings. Mine came in at 15" also.
The previous ansorgii I had ordered came in at 14" and is now measuring 16" . So from October to now he's grown 2" so lets see if the the slow down theory is true. I house my polys in a 240 with other fish like bass, aro, plecos, geos and datnoides and I'm running two fx5. So only time will tell

So today I did a nice big feeding and was stunned at how much the ansorgii could eat. I have never seen a bichir eat like this. It ate about 15 pieces of tilapia. My bro got some good pics here they are:

Looks really good. I like your tile in the tank too. I'm going to tile my poly tank soon bc I want to change it from a basic bare bottom one.

I will update mire later this guy is a beast I am thinking of getting one more haha. I changed to slate rock tile and am getting better color contrast from my bichirs. He has grown an inch already.

i got an endli, an ansorgii, and a delhezi all at the same time and close to the same size. and my ansorgii is growing way faster then the other guys. he is an eating machine.
