Answer me plsss.how s my FH???

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Hahhahhaa! How do u know he is she?
The experts eyes tell its he!!

Anything different u are seeing in him, Please let us know!!

Woot woot, female?? Nope Its him!!
Well only real way is if she lays eggs or the owner vents him. Looks like a male to me but lack of nice kok can be lack of good genes. My red devil I thought for years was a male had no hump body structure like a female but was a male. So you never know but it would answer why this fish has a very little hump. I have three fish from same batch all flowerhorn. One is a fader male he's big and ones pearly with a nice kok he's not as big but similar size. Then there is a female no kok not as colorful and a lot smaller. Growth rate on females is reduced compared to males

May I feed yellow yolk of boiled chicken egg???
I wouldn't feed my fish that but I would just a little bit of real chicken. Stick with pellets and frozen brine shrimp/krill/etc.

I also feed my fish vegetables now thanks to Piyush. They eat it like crazy.

RVP RVP We can not see the attached pic!

You can feed him the green peas, plum, banana.

But when feeding first time, you need to chop all the veggies/fruits and soften them. Provide small amount of the food to check whether he eats or not! The listed veggies are eaten by my FH.

So you can start the diet , veggies one day and regular pallets other day, and repeat and have a break one day to let him fast. Veggies are good to prevent the constipation..

Eggs/yolks are good food for them when they are fry, lesser than 2" of size, and especially when they are not eating any food other than eggs.. But the boiled eggs/yolks are very messy and will turn your water cloudy and not recommended if FH eats other veggies/pallets..

But you can try always, there is no harm in trying until you know it's not dangerous/harmful to the FH, and you will get experience too!

Yep, veggies like plum, banana, green peas and other soften fruits/veggies are really good for their health especially to prevent constipation or bloated stomach.. Their poops will be different than regular when providing veggies, but it's because of the veggies food.. so no worries if we see yellowish/degraded color poops after feeding veggies! lol!
