Any car enthusiasts? modifiers? tuners?

I've got a car for both tastes.
Classic American muscle: 1970 Mach 1 Mustang
Tuner/ handling car: 2000 Roush V6 Open track / road race and auto cross car

I also run a performance company for V6 Mustangs. I put Cobra (Eaton M112) superchargers on 3.8L/4.2L Ford V6 cars and trucks. I do alot of custom building as well.

I'm a fan of the imports....but around here so many are pure crap wannabe race cars. Duct taped body kits, all primer, spray painted black hoods in lue of carbon fiber, all weather tires on stock wheels and HUGE mufflers with 1 1/2" pipes leading up to them.
Give me a nice R34 and I'd be happy. :grinyes:
 
haha so the rumors are true then.. there are lots of ricers in the US with japanese cars. LOL

down here japanese cars rule the streets and tracks. we have a honda civic hatchback here that can kill old muscles at the drag strip. both legal and illegal.
 
I was in the import scene for a while. Several years actually.

Had the 92 Honda Hatchy. Gutted it and dropped in a B16A. Every mod in the world on that thing. All motor though.

Then i sold it when it became more of a pain in the ass than it was worth. Blew it up at Barona and eventually never stopped breaking.

So i got an S2000 and drove that for a while. Got a custom roll bar installed, suspension and cold air, but not much else.

Had that for a year, then traded that in for an M5 a couple months ago. :woot:
Love the M5. I never really had experienced REAL torque before. :ROFL:
Some people say i'm a traitor. But i still love Honda. Always will. When i get enough $, i'll have both.

wow! got a hatchback here too same as urs all motor whole carbon fiber chassis coz its only for the dragstrip and a B18C engine. why did it stoped breaking? thats quite odd..

damn u got a sweet sweet ride now hehe how much HP does the stock M5 have?

400 hp (I have the 2000 model. The new M5 has 500 hp)


the hatchback became cursed with the "something breaks every time i drive it" curse. It was my fault. It was a track car AND my daily driver. Didnt have enough money for both.

(I got a new job that pays more after the civic in case you're wondering about the M5 :D )

The new M5 comes woth a V-10, right? Thats one bad mofo. As for me I drive crap cars.

Heres a pic you ricers might like, STI with all the batman equipment. I could do without the body kit, but thats not the cool part anyways. I still like it, fast as hell. Don't mind the guy who looks like he's posing with his car, he was just bragging about his new brakes (14 inch rotors).
