Agreed. This pawn shop is an actual business. They have overheads and are there to make a profit. If the seller wants maximum profit, then he should go on EB and sell it himself. Like the pawn shop owner says, Garbage Pail Kids is a niche market, so there's less chance of having the right buyer walk through his door to buy these. They don't want things sitting for a long time on their shelves taken up space. Honestly, I don't know the worth on these card and wouldn't give any of my $ for it. To me they're just silly kids' play things. Point is, things are only worth something if you find an interested buyer.
 
I always find it funny when chumps on the internet find a way to pick an argument so they can get an ego boost. I am not even gonna play into your games. You guys are a waste of time and energy.

So let me get this straight, first of all you're not giving correct info. You said a "whole collection", now it was just a set. Then you said the "expert" said only a FEW cards are worth anything. My argument was that was false. And if it was a "whole collection" they ripped him off. Now I have no idea what you're talking about, I don't know if it was series 1-15, a set, or just a lot of random cards. And now it sounds like you're talking about a show that was years ago. I am talking about RIGHT NOW. You're an idiot for not being able to convey adequate info to a thread and now you're trying to start a useless argument for I don't know what. Maybe you're lonely or lacking something and need an ego boost like the other guy. But I am not gonna give you my time or energy anymore cause you're nobody to me. And your ebay auction you're talking about is still higher than what you said they are worth. I am not gonna even get into how these sets vary in value depending on certain print runs, condition, whether they are matte back or glossy etc. I am just laughing at how gullible you are. These TV show exp[erts are akin to "petco experts". You're gonna tell me a petco expert knows more than Oddball, Lupin, and others? Majority of thise site knows more cause they actually keep fish and learn about the fish. Makes sense doesn't it? LOL

Funny how he is trying to say that just because someone is labeled an expert they know everything. He wanted to prove me wrong on something because a so called expert said something else.
