Any issues with live feeders?

They're fine- i haven't had any problems yet and I've been feeding my fish feeders for about 2 months

All it takes is one bad feeder gold or rosie, keep it up and you will end up with problems.
Also as was said they have growth inhibiting hormones and I believe thiamasine which when fed long term can actually lead to your fish having a B1 deficiency. It is also found in shrimp so feed it sparingly.

And to the OP, I see your thinking in leaving live food for them while you're away. However the problem is that serras will hunt and kill most if not all in the first and not actually eat the entire fish. This will leave half feeders dead and rotting for the rest of the time you're away ruining your water quality.

I do agree that bones and other fish parts are good for them.

If you want to feed live set up a breeder tank for mollies, they multiply and grow quickly and you know they will be healthy and free of disease
