Any Louisville, KY MFKers with power?

at the 'Bama Breeze
Its BAD were I am, trees and power lines down all around me, I will be surprised If I get power by next Monday. I have a ray and an armatus that needs power ASAP. They are going on 36hrs with no heat or filtration and I am not sure how much longer they can last. If there is anyone out there that can help, PLEASE PM me.

You thinkin bout getting a gas powered generator? Sorry to hear about your situation man.
 
It may be a little smelly but maybe you can get a kerosine heater and place it in the room where the fish are,for filtration you have to feed little and change water often and get some of those battery operated aerators from the tackle shops or the sporting goods dept.of the big box stores.
 
Dang, sorry to hear about the power.. I didn't know all the powers been out.. I gotta call my sister in law they live in Louisville too.. Any other MFK'ers in KY close to you that you could have them fish/ray sit until you got power ??
 
I couldnt find any kerosene heaters last night either. :( The entire state is under a state of emergency. Sleeping bags, firewood, heaters, and anything else that keeps you warm is hard to come by right now.

Yeah we got slammed, at my house we had 7+ inches of snow (not THAT big od a deal) but we also had easily .5" of ice on everything and that is killer. So many trees down, over night it sounded like a war zone with all the trees falling around us!
 
Sorry to hear that man. I'm in lexington and my power has been out for about 24 hrs. now as well. My house is about 47 deg. right now and my water is about 55 deg. hope they can do something soon.
 
Im a weather nut... I was following the ice storm from the beginning, you guys got CRUSHED! news saying some areas may not have power for another week.
 
Sorry to hear, hope it all works out! Def. something to be said for being prepared....
