Yes, but if you OC you can only carry tupperware guns in polymer holsters and other guns (preferably 1911's) in leather holsters and the leather must match your belt and shoes. Seriously.
I already posted a link about ur OC rights. U can OC is almost all circumstances without a LTCF(licence to carry firearms, in PA there is no concealed carry permit). Philly is the sol exception. Most malls wont let you enter and many banks but thier is no law against that. Very few places you are truley barred from entering.
