Back to topic.Add to the school of black neons is the first order of business,they do better in larger groups.Second so do the kuhlis so Id get a few more of those.As a final addition Id put a betta or a dwarf gourami.

Get some shrimps, glass cats, corys, betta, rams, fw puffer, pipe fish, fancy guppes, cae, otos, killi fish...etc...
