Mainly they were too small as commerical cattle (angus, hereford, black baldy etc) but they are good for small acreage farmer that has small land that cannot support fullsized beef. Also mini zebu is very useful for crossbreeding to other mini cattle breed for heat tolerant and flies resisent traits.
