yeah i always find it amazing how a drug which is safer than alcohol and has a lot of good to do is this illegal hell over here they are so backword it is in the second top class of drugs.Pomatomus;4296963; said:I have had insomnia problems since I was about 14. It always takes me at least 45 minutes to fall asleep (average is 7-15) and I had two consecutive sleepless nights this week (rare). I am told that watching screens doesn't help, but reading does...not that I ever listened to that. I have always been resistant to taking physically addictive drugs to remediate it because I don't want to make my condition worse. However, if pot is decriminalized I wouldn't hesitate to go back to it...but until then, I just have to deal with it myself.
I know what you mean about your mind racing though....and you're really SOL if you get a song stuck in your head. Some more than others of course.
good exaple to kids that.
but i always thought i had a problem with sleep but really its just not enough exercise and not being able to switch off.
the more you think the harder it is
just remember no coffrer or high sugar doses before bed and dont get sucked into all the sleep aids out there its just a away to get you to part with cash.
try to get a time set were you go to bed and go to sleep. if you dont drift off get up do something until you feel ready.
