Any predatory fish that don't jump?

This might surprised you, they're banned in Thailand since they've become an invasive species here. IDK if people still illegally sell them.
My shopkeeper told mr that they were shipped here from thailand so i figured they were commonly available there. Too bad.
Even peacock bass and tiger goliath are banned here too, my day is ruined.
OMG. you are in bad luck. Try buying some oscars, green terrors or texas cichlids. They all get large

I have all of those, my texas is a red texas though. I don't have a green texas. I also wanna find a Jack Dempsey, but they're kinda rare at the moment.

I would reccomend catfish; I haven't had a catfish that has jumped. I wouldn't reccomend Oscars (personal experience); I had a juvenile for a short while that was constantly trying to jump out of the feeding compartment lid; I had to tape it down to prevent it from getting out.

Sorry, can you explain your setup in more detail? A natural pond with natural water's edges? Than you don't need to worry at all. I would more worry about herons and other fish eating predators.

Nah, it's a concrete pond around 4,000 UK or 4,700 US gallons.
