G'day,
I have been trying to quit smoking myself, have managed to cut down to 3 a day but there are days i have smoked as much as 6-7. It is costing me allot of money and obvoisly damaging my health, as a bodybuilder i cant allow that so i just keep tryng to stick to the goal, 3 a day for a few months, then 2 a day for a few weeks, more if need be then 1 a day etc. I tried cold turkey, patches etc, didnt work for me but im confident ill be able to quit, just takes commitment and diciplin.
