But....with all that jumping around real injuries are bound to occur here and there.

Yes, it's scripted but alot of the moves are not. Try diving over a rope to a 10 foot fall and tell me no has a chance to get hurt. It is planned that someone will catch them but that doesn't always work, plus image someone falling on you from that height. Another words alot of injuries are real.
