Anybody else big into the UFC

Well.... K1 is LAME and boring. It sucks, IMO. I would rather watch UFC instead.... :(

UFC is better than Pride, but still lame. They have some monster talent, but set them up against cupcakes and claim it's the best show on the planet - PUHLEASE! I do watch TUF becasue it's free and it's better than nothing.

Pride is the best organization around. Good rules, good fighters, regular shows and regular fights. Check out some of their PPVs; they're good. Gomi is a BAD DUDE. I purchase EVERY Pride fight becasue they always pack in the action (8-14 fights) and they always have some quality fighters.
 
I think they are all bad @$$.

I think you meant "UFC is better than K1." But otherwise...preach on brotha!! Gomi is the ****.
 
i like to watch contests where people beat each other up. :D
ufc bores me sometimes when the entire match is all grappling. I appreciate
the technicalities of fights like that but its just slow...

Oh yeah i LOVE Pride... SAKURABA in his prime is the SHIZNIT!
 
hahahahahahah. come on guys. most of these guys would make short work of your average everyday Tom and Harry's. not to say that there arent bad asses walking the streets that could take it to some of these guys, but to say they have NO talent. hahahahahah. i love listening to people talk about fights. UFC and PRIDE both kick ass. anytime you have two men, animals, or machines against eachother it makes for good entertainment

definately a vs match between most anything is and always has been quality entertainment :clap :headbang2
 
i watched that spike tv marathon and live fight on saturday. pretty entertaining for the most part. i don't know anything about any of the fighters, just watched it for entertainment. i was upset that the welterweight luke lost to that other dude just because i was voting for luke because he seemed like the kid in highschool that was voted most likely to come to school and gun everyone down because he's creepy and psychotic.
 
i grew up boxing, and know many professional fighters, these guys from UFC and PRIDE, would destroy any boxer, forget about shamrock, and royce gracie, they were decent, but the sport has took off since then, there is no way a guy like Floyd mayweather could last a minute witha guy like George St. Pierre, of the ufc, and Andrei Arelofski, the ufc heavyweight champ, would make quick work of the Klitscos, and a guy like Mirko crocop, of PRIDE would KO mohamad ali if he was around...when lennox lewis was heavyweight champ a japenese promoter offered 9 million to fight Don the predator fry, lenox *****ed.
