Cool Muay Thai poster, how long have you been doing it for?

actually a pic of one of my t-shirts. Ha! would make a good poster though. got a cool decal of the thai writing done for my motorcycle helmet today actually. been doing it couple years now i guess, really enjoy it.

I actually briefly considered trying to change up my sleep schedule to stay up for 36 hours, sleep for 12 during the week.

Everyone talked me out of it.

Since high school I worked at a local restraunt where I would open 95% of the time, meaning I would have to be there before 6 am. Everybody wanted to do things at night, and so I would go to bed till about 2 am the night before. I got in a habit of running on three or four hours of sleep, and taking an hour or two nap some time in the day.

I once saw a documentary that did a test on if people actually needed sleep of if it is something we just train ourselves to do from childhood.

I managed I think two days without sleeping before passing out.

yeah i feel ya man. mine periods of no sleep come about once a month it seems.no explanation though...

Yeah, I spent five years living in Thailand and still go back regularly. Very jealous of my friends that are doing it. I'm far to lazy. Lol.

Was thinking of getting some Thai writing done for a tattoo.

I've pulled 3 on no illegal substances. not fun. went longer when i used to make bad decisions. all in the past though.

Yeah, I spent five years living in Thailand and still go back regularly. Very jealous of my friends that are doing it. I'm far to lazy. Lol.

Very nice sir! would love to go. Saekson takes his bunch on their annual trips and i may go this fall. it is hard work, not gonna lie, i do have my days when i think "why do i do this?!" haha!

I read that after 72 hours you start hallucinating as if you are on some powerful narcotic.

Last finals weeks ( I was really far behind in all my classes and still amazed I got everything done), I woke up at 12pm on Monday, stayed up all night went to bed on Tuesday around 9 pm, woke up Wednesday at noon. stayed up all night, took a two hour nap on Thursday around noon to two. Then didn't go to bed until 5 am on Saturday morning.

So between Monday and Saturday morning I had one night sleep and a two hour nap.

Worst week of my life, but for some reason I love finals week . No one including myself understand why, I just look forward to it.

But if you do get the chance to get out to Thailand I would really recommend it. Its a beautiful country, the people are amazing, and its just wonderful.
