Anybody ever eat a fish commonly kept in aquaria?

I eat some fish if they outgrow my tank and can't revoke them. Most of the fish we keep are a major food source somewhere in the world. Prime says don't for human consumption because they don't want to deal regulations. Preppers hoard fish medication and water purifier. Here is what I remember of the top of my head. There are hillbillies near me who raise cattle, chickens and rabbits for food. I don't see raising fish being any different.

acu, Tigrinus, Payara, Arapima, Peacock bass, Oscars, Stingrays.
Saltwater: Lionfish, Tessaleta Eel, Panther Grouper, Bamboo Shark, Pilot Fish, Garabaldi.

Anyone ever eaten red tail catfish? That's the only large catfish in aquariums I haven't eaten yet
Swai and Basa are Pangasius Catfish? I guess I've eaten an iridescent and enjoyed it. I don't know how I feel about that- I guess kind of bad and hungry at the same time

Don't know if its actually true, but I remember hearing something about McDonald's filet-o-fish being farmed swai.Swai and Basa are Pangasius Catfish? I guess I've eaten an iridescent and enjoyed it. I don't know how I feel about that- I guess kind of bad and hungry at the same time
