Sorry for the late reply, but no, there isnt a secret. Well at least from me. The pictures I was reffering to are hosted on another site that we cant post references too... :)

These pics are from 2002 ish and do not show the true color. The ray was more of a nice tan, not a dirty brown like humerosa or orbygnyi buy rather a very clean tan with black lines and roundish white areas
