Thats what i call a ray,absolutely wonderful markings,is that a naturally occuring morph or a hybrid ?,what ever the answer its a fantastic looking ray.

I think the size just like leopoldie around 90 cm, but as I noted in my motoro should imagine there is no end to growth, they grow slowly with only 35 cm, it has the color white into black changed

Your sp. Xingu ray is exceptional. Do you have any literature on this particular sp.? I am very interested to know more about them since I cannot have any right now due to work commitment.
 
That ray might be close to the nicest ray I, personally, think I have ever seen. i always use to say in my head... "how cool would it be to see a ray with leo colors reversed, like a white base with black accents" and here you go! That ray is awesome.. Obviously based on size these are not scobinas but in a lot of the pics they sure look like them.. Are they a variant or something?

I have wondered the same thing. These guys are some awesome rays!

Mike, I demand you to bring some in! And while you are at it, bring some of the rays in from Paraguay and Argentina! :naughty:
