Anyone else hate it when albums get leaked?

Your right, I guess it is all about what era you grew up in. I wasn't listening to music in the 90's, so I don't really care for it too much, but since I've been listening to music for the last 5 years, the more current artists, like Jay-Z, Kanye, Weezy, and Eminem (who hasn't done that much since I've been listening to music) are the ones that have influenced me the most. I can name and explain many of the lesser known artists so I have more of a feel for this era compared to the 90's, were I really only know the big names.

And the feuds now are over stupid stuff, and for the most part harmless. I guess the fighting in the 90's turns me away because of the violence.
 
mainstream rap these days is garbage imo, nothing appeals to me anymore. too poppy and too much autotune.

not that i was ever a hardcore rap fan, i enjoyed 90's to early 00's but never followed it hardcore

i was into the westcoast gangster rap though, socal ones mainly
 
another example of how leaks can be bad:
Kanye's song Moma's Boyfriend was just leaked, but apparently Kanye had no idea about it and the only thing he had anything to do with is the lyrics and his own voice(which are very impressive). He released a statement today claiming he will prosecute whoever created the beats and released it because he had special plans for the song.

Now we may never hear the real version of a song that apparently could have been one of Kanye's best ever because of a leak.....

He's just misunderstood, and this song was really special to him because it was about his mom who died a couple years ago.

huge huge kanye fan but to say he's misunderstood is a stretch. i've accepted the fact that the man is a douche bag and needs a PR person with him where ever he goes. i was with him all the way up until he started actin a fool over award shows over and over and then the taylor swift slight was the last straw. how would he feel if that were his daughter or his mom that someone did that to? what a g@y fish

As far as the leak, it may not be on his main album but that song will find it's way on a mixtape or radio single when he finishes it. no big deal IMO.
 
When I say kanye is misunderstood I mean that he isnt this absolutely horrible person that some people think he is. He is just very arrogant and cocky and it sometimes comes out in the worst way. I agree that he can be a douche bag, but he doesnt deserve everything bad that happens to him. I will admit the Taylor Swift thing was terrible though.
kanye+alchohol+award show+his friend losing out on an award=BAD COMBINATION.
