yeah gardening is my favorite past time. do it every day. Umm i have an estimated 170 square metres of gardens around the house, all pretty high maintenance. It is the most satisfying thing i can think of, and seriously, the amount of work you put in is very visual.

I have a small raised garden. It's only 8'x5'. I have a Beefsteak and Grape Tomato along with a Bell, Banana and Cayenne Pepper plant. I have quite a few house plants and would have more but my wife isn't as crazy about them as I am.

Hahaha, I took those jiffy plant starters and filled them full of baby sword plants. They took off like a rocket getting 20 hours of light a day in that good soil. They started hitting the top of the box and getting burnt leaves so now there in a cut up 2L bottle stuck to the top of the fish tank.

Mighty pleased my experiment is working out since the skimpy mother plant I bought was $5 and I got 6 babys to from it. Going to do it all over again once they get big too :)

Thought I would show a few update pictures. It has been 60 day from seed and they are starting to produce very well for me.Just for size comparison the green re-bar are 6' tall and the cucumbers are well over 7'
