Just wondering if there are any members here like myself who have tanks that basically look empty 95% or more of the time because your fish are either A) well camouflaged or B) lurkers / masters of hide and seek???

Here are pics of two of my tanks used as an example...

First one contains my hairy puffer who likes hiding begind the decor or under the filter...

The 2nd tank contains 3 G.Polyuranadons, of which my smallest one has recently decided to use the circulation fan as a home since i dont always turn it on...

-Edit-

Also added a *public* poll to see how many more odd ducks are out there like myself

I only see 2 fish in there:D

Yeah my two very over weight flying foxes... they like cleaning up after my eels...

Infact people always ask why i have such a large tank for 2 small fish :ROFL::ROFL:

I have 6 bumblebee catfish. Started with 2, was told they were social and would be out more with a larger group. Bought 4 more and still never see them.

Hello, Nicely planted tank. Looks like they might have been growing for awhile and propigated?

Yes, thank you for posting the thread. I have 2 striated Kuhli loaches that looks like an eel, but aren't the real thing like your's. Very shy and hide in the dungeon of a multichambered castle. I sometimes clean under the castle and may or may not see them. I put food near one of the entrances to their 'cave' .
I suppose if I put food gradually further away they might come out, but I don't want to stress them. They will rarely come out at night or even day.

Are you looking for other fish compatible with yours? Cat shark is supposed to be suitable with puffer and larger fish with your Eel.
