No that it is Steve holding a red top kimpuna. I'm one of those crazy photo choppers.
It may help to start a thread in most relevant sub-heading. This may do better in the South American Cichlid category.
These laid back "earth eaters" swim around all day moving the substraight.
It is a cool speciman. I guess for some, if it don't eat feeders, you could not pay someone to house it. 
To each their own. That is why I am so glad fish come in so many flavors!

Moves plenty of substrate, true, when it scoops up gravel with feeder fish and spits out only gravel! Mine eats everything from feeders to poop to cukes\zukes, algae wafers, and cichlid sticks. Not much of a hunter, though, I know what you mean. That's what my bichir is for...
